Internal notes

From eLene-TLC wiki

Topic of the dialogue:

Inputs from eLene-TLC: the dialogue will be carried by eLene team, that will present two of the main outputs of the project: student/teacher interview collation (WP 3) and delphi method competency framework (WPB 1,2,4).

On the basis of this results we'll give 5 questions/themes for a discussion to the DM (Decision Makers, not Depeche Mode) and the students [this is the part that must be developed more and soon].

Special guest: the last speech will be from a commissary (Maruja? an evaluator?) of European Union (maybe from EAC) about their idea of eLearning, as an explication of their strategies.

Conclusion: the eLene team (maybe the moderator or maybe Deborah) will give the conclusion from the following different approaches, emerged from the discussions and researches:

- Decision Makers

- Students

- European Union

Still to be defined:

- room settings/shape/dimension [Barbara?]

- structure of the knowledge café:

- PRIORITY: moderator? who? cost? we need him to involve him the organisation

    - how can we be sure the decision maker will come?

    - how can we be sure the students will come?

    - there is budget to pay student's travel?

- who will we contact and invite as special guest [maybe Deborah can contact someone when she goes to Brussels? or Daxa has special contacts...]

- times: two days? we suggest to have two days but not full, i.e. we start late morning (11:00) on the 17th and we finish early afternoon on 18th...

- we should have a more updated version of the TLCentre, in terms of structure... do you think is possible?

Bremen forum: notes from Berlin meeting

Input from each of the WPs:

B1-B2: could organise a professional development activity

B3: select students who participated in interviews to attend Bremen

Student-organised workshops for teachers and managers

B4: Presentation of the resource guide

Other suggestions:

Integrate a live session: meet the expert seminar

Projection of video recordings of vox pop interviews done beforehand

Knowledge café bringing together students and decision makers. Needs strong facilitator and clear assignment/task/themes for discussion

Hands-on session with the TLC (added post-meeting by Deborah!)

A student-led workshop?
