Description:

The first online seminar has taken place on Monday December 10th at 2:30 pm (Central European Time) and it was about instructional designers.

Three experts were available to present examples of instructional design and to discuss the competencies that educational technologists need according to a variety of scenarios.

Susanna Sancassani, METID-Politecnico di Milano, Italy: "The use of wiki for the course SUM ("Management Course for Universities")

Andrzej Wodecki and Rafal Moczadlo, University Centre for Distance Learning at Maria Curie Sklodoswka University in Lublin, Poland: "Second Life - Educational Environment for Business Courses"

Tomasz Chudak, Polish Virtual University, "Dialogo" Language School: "Competences of educational technologists while designing eLearning language courses"

This online event took place using the Centra platform, which enables real-time audio and video communication.

You might be an instructional designer yourself, or an educational technologist. Or you could be a teacher interested in designing ICT-supported learning, or a head of department with a will to innovate.
