Seminar structure (private)

From eLene-TLC wiki

The only tie we need to keep is: one link / web example per expert

Tool: Centra Web Seminar

Lenght: 1 hour

Format:

- introduction / system setup: ensure that all the participants have their headphones, microphones and eventually webcam working [15 minutes]

- case number 1: expert/testimonial one gives a link and shows his own concrete example [10 minutes]

- case number 2: expert/testimonial one gives a link and shows his own concrete example [10 minutes]

- case number 3: expert/testimonial one gives a link and shows his own concrete example [10 minutes]

- time for questions/conclusion [15 minutes]

Participant profile: (same as Paris TT symposium?)

teacher trainers involved in accompanying higher education teachers in the pedagogical use of ICT

teachers or online tutors using or wanting to use ICT with your students

elected representatives of a higher education institution with a remit for ICT or eLearning

managers of an ICT or eLearning unit

ministry of education officials

researchers in a related field

Participant nationality: from all over the world

We need a technical/didactical supervisor: his remit is to:

- control the time (we must be very strict on this point)

- help the participants/experts with the technical things

- introduce and close the seminar

We need volunteers for supervisors: one I can be here (Matteo); who else?
