Nicoletta Trentinaglia graduated from Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca in Science of Education in April 2003 as expert in training processes with a particular focus on e-learning and blended learning.

In 2004 and 2005 she has been abroad for two different professional experiences: a Leonardo Da Vinci project in Prague and a stage in Brussels at the European Commission in the DG INFSO (HR Department).

She has been instructional designer and project manager in several organizations and she collaborates since 2007 with the METID centre in the area of international projects.
