WP D - DisseminationTable of contents
From eLene-TLC wikiIn order to have the most effective impact, a specific work package (D) is devoted to disseminating the results and experiences of eLene-TLC. This work package will be coordinated by the partner already responsible for dissemination in eLene-TT, METID-Politecnico di Milano, in order to capitalise fully on past experience and expertise. A core team including members of the coordinating institution Vidéoscop-UN2 and ZMML-Bremen (responsible for the international eLene-TLC event) will work closely on implementing the following innovative strategy and all partners in the project will play an active role within their own countries and on the wider European stage. In addition to the more traditional dissemination activities and tools of a regularly updated public website, newsletter, publications and conference presentations, eLene-TLC proposes the following approach: Special things: video history (Special Things) Continuing the initiative implemented in the second half of eLene-TT, we will create short video interviews with WP leaders to document the project evolution from the beginning to the end, as a short complete film. The recordings will be available online in the website. In the same vein, a wiki space and eventually blogs and podcasts will be the ideal space for such initiatives as active ways to improve internal and external communication. For instance, eLene-TLC podcasts can be an affective way to arouse and maintain interest, using the aforementioned videos. Events (Work Packages/WP D - Dissemination/1. Events) Conferences, seminars, workshops; In particular the Bremen events: more than a conference where project members present the results of their work to a passive audience, this event will be designed to provide opportunities for discussion and interaction, with focus groups from each of the target groups as well as a chance for members of different target groups to meet and exchange. The event will take place mid-project in order to build on the community throughout the second year of the project. Press book (web and more) (Work Packages/WP D - Dissemination/2. Press book (web and more)) Web 1.0 and 2.0, TV interviews, streaming video and or audio... Publications (Work Packages/WP D - Dissemination/3. Publications) All participants in the project will have the opportunity to publish short articles on the eLene-TLC website and also in more widely-known spaces (i.e. www.elearningeuropa.info (http://www.elearningeuropa.info/)). The aim of this strategy is to ‘give a voice’ to most of the people from the eLene team, with the aim of valorising the very wide range of expertise within the group. Networking (Work Packages/WP D - Dissemination/4. Networking) As one of the main objectives of eLene-TLC is to extend the target groups outside the core partnership, the idea of networking is central to the dissemination strategy. Each partner is responsible for mobilising their local, regional, national and transnational contacts and making the most of existing networks such as the Digital Thematic Universities in France, SURF in the Netherlands and so on. Here we are not talking about simply informing people of the project’s existence but involving them fully in the activities. This includes focus groups, the Delphi expert consultation, Online Seminars, the future training actions and the Bremen TLC Forum... Visits (Work Packages/WP D - Dissemination/5. Visits) Visits to and from the participating partners are the ideal opportunity to develop synergies with other initiatives. While these visits may not always be explicitly linked to the project, partners make the most of these opportunities to exchange, inform and invite visitors to join the TLC community. Online seminars (Online Seminars) Throughout the project, eLene-TLC will organise and publicise 4 “meet the expert” seminars using the KM system and Centra one for real-time interaction between the participants and the virtual speakers. Information requests (Work Packages/WP D - Dissemination/6. Information requests) We often receive information requests from other professionists in the field of education, from representatives of other networks and so on... |
