5. Visits

Visits to and from the participating partners are the ideal opportunity to develop synergies with other initiatives. While these visits may not always be explicitly linked to the project, partners make the most of these opportunities to exchange, inform and invite visitors to join the TLC community.

Deborah Arnold and Florence Ducreau took up Gilly Salmon's invitation to meet Gilly and her team, to investigate the potential of podcasting and possible synergies with the ADELIE (http://www.le.ac.uk/adelie/) project. Contact with Leicester has continued with an invitation to participate in the Delphi expert group, Deborah Arnold and Gérard Casanova from Vidéoscop attended the presentation of ADELIE at Online Educa Berlin and eLene-TLC members will follow up the contacts in 2008 with a view to further collaboration.
